These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Letters from Syl website and its content.

Purchases made through our website are separately governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, any purchase made through the Letters from Syl store is made directly with Letters from Syl, not Shopify.

Our original creative work is created by human artists, writers and creators. We do not use generative artificial intelligence to create our original stories, illustrations, characters, artwork, music or other creative content.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially use, sell copies of or create commercial derivatives from Letters from Syl content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a Letters from Syl product gives you ownership of the physical item you receive, but does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual-property rights in the underlying creative work.

AI training and text and data mining

Letters from Syl expressly reserves its rights in relation to the use of its creative content for artificial intelligence, machine learning and text and data mining.
